This website planedock.com, (referred to as the "Site") is owned and operated by Planedock LLC, hereby referred to as "Planedock". Use of this Site is subject to this Privacy Policy.

What information we collect

We collect the data you provide us willingly, including but not limited to your first name, last name, company, job title, phone number and email address, information you enter into the app for the purpose of listing an aircraft and communicating with other users, and also information you provide during the website registration process or via an email, chat message, or telephone call. We collect data on your usage of the Site including errors generated while you are using the Site. We also collect data on your usage of the Site as described in the Cookies section below.

How we use your personal information

If you are a user of our Site, we use your personal and non-personal information to communicate with you regarding your account, your monthly subscriptions, your aircraft listings, new listing notifications, chat message notifications, and for sales and marketing purposes. We may contact you for other reasons, listed below:
1. To create and maintain your platform account
2. To communicate with you via newsletters and marketing emails, push notifications, telephone calls about our services
3. To respond to your requests for support
4. For billing and collection purposes
5. For the investigation and prevention of fraud or breaches of our terms of service

For how long do we retain your personal information

We keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to provide our services to you. You may request your personal data to be erased as detailed in the What Are Your Rights section below. Server logs, which may contain IP address and access date and time information cannot be removed.

As mentioned in the Disclosing Your Personal Information section, we utilize third parties for storage and processing of data. We rely on them to implement appropriate security measures to safeguard our data, and your data. We strive to protect your personal information by limiting access to certain personnel and maintaining compliance with a Company Security Policy.

Applicable laws

These Terms of Use and your use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. In the event of any conflict between foreign laws, rules, and regulation and those of the United States, the laws, rules, and regulations of the United States shall govern. Planedock makes no representation that materials, products or services referenced, offered or provided in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from locations outside of the United States are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Limitation on claim

Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or is forever barred.

Without limiting its other remedies, Planedock may immediately discontinue, suspend, terminate, or block your and any user's access to this Site at any time in our sole discretion.
