Of course, aircraft sellers often buy another aircraft after selling their current aircraft, so aircraft sellers may choose to upgrade to Planedock Pro to enable real-time chat as well.
Planedock Pro profiles make you look good to your customers, aircraft buyers, and aircraft sellers. Pro offers the ability to craft a professional profile including a profile picture, business name, and contact information. When chatting with sellers, their photo and name will appear with a verified checkmark.
No. Planedock pricing is already super cheap as it is.
Yes. You may cancel Planedock Pro subscriptions or monthly aircraft listings here on our web app or through the Stripe customer dashboard. Your monthly fee for the last month is prorated accordingly.
Yes. Your listing is inactivated on subscription cancellation but not deleted. It shows up under Inactive Listings in My Hangar and serves as your receipt. It can also be relisted at any time.
Only Planedock Pro members with verified email addresses can start chats. Upgrade to Planedock Pro, and if Start Chat still appears disabled, you need to verify your email address. Go to your email account and click the link in the activation email from Planedock.
